Vera Korshunova

Vera joined ATG as a VP of HR for North America in 2025, and is responsible for leading people strategy and execution in support of ATG’s mission.

Vera began her HR career at SeatGeek as the first People leader, helping grow the company from 20 to 700+ employees globally. Over her ten-year tenure, she built and scaled core HR programs, systems, and processes through periods of hyper-growth and international expansion. Since then she has led teams at Lyft and Cruise through periods of organizational change and managed multiple projects lading to key business outcomes. Vera brings a bias for execution, and a deep belief that thoughtful, well-run people practices are a powerful lever for business growth.

She holds a BA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
