Jennifer Bouchard

Jenn Bouchard joined ATG in 2026 as Chief People Officer, overseeing the global people function across the US, UK, Mexico and Germany.

Prior to joining ATG she held senior leadership positions in the People function at Facebook and Meta before holding the Chief People and Administration Officer at Figure8 Media Inc or almost four years. Given her tenure in the tech and media industries, she brings a future-focused lens to building workplaces where people thrive and businesses grow.

Jenn holds a BA from the University of Alabama and a Negotiation Mastery Certificate from Harvard. She is Vice Chair, Board of Directors for the NASBA Center for the Public Trust which educates secondary and university students on the skills, behaviors and essentials of integrity and ethics in leadership.
