Darcy Manning

·         Darcy joined ATG as General Counsel from Chairish, where she served as General Counsel and VP of Legal. She brings over two decades of legal and operational leadership in ecommerce, having held dual business and legal roles including COO and General Counsel at DHC USA Inc. and President and General Counsel at Solvasa, both in the direct-to-consumer personal care and beauty space. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate law at Nixon Peabody LLP.  At ATG, Darcy oversees the global legal function, providing legal advice and support across the entity. 

Darcy holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara and a JD from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law).
